UX Design

UX Design

This workshop will give you a broad understanding of the fundamentals of UX design: particularly early stage research, needs and goals definition, idea generation and iteration. We will focus on fast research and early sketches rather than on polishing a solution. We will use simple yet powerful research techniques and sketching to find ideas and needs, as well as creating solutions. The course is influenced by a movement called design thinking, which focuses on empathy, problem definition and solutions. It originated in the late 60s and was further developed at Stanford University as well as at IDEO, a world-renowned design agency. The class uses a combination of short lectures and exercises for students to gain first-hand experience of the process. It is taught in an inclusive, relaxed atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to participate and have fun.  Click here to register your interest
