Family Lives offer a confidential telephone help line as well as access to LiveOnline, an internet based advice service. The helpline is open 7am – midnight. Call during the night are diverted to Samaritans who are able to offer emotional support. Contact: 0808 800 2222 (free from landlines and most mobiles)
Relate provides counselling, support and information for all relationships. Counsellors are available on line, via e-mail and telephone.
Resolution is an umbrella body for family lawyers and provides advice about family disputes, separation and divorce.
If you are being harmed, physically or emotionally, by your partner Camden Safety Net provides information, advice, support, risk assessment and referrals including safety planning, counselling and therapeutic services.
If you are having financial difficulties, this site, turn2us, offers advice about benefits, grants and other support.
If you have, or think you might have, post natal depression Cocoon Family Support provides a safe and supportive environment where families can get together with others who may be feeling similar to themselves. They provide a range of services to aid and support recovery. Families do not need a diagnosis to access our services and they can self refer.
