Ready to put your ideas in to action?
If you’re building a future CIC, BCorp or charity we’d love to work with you to grow your idea and realise your vision
Our next 10 session start up programme will begin in April 2023
The programme starts with two in-depth 1:1 sessions with the course director where you’ll discuss and get feedback about your unique opportunities and challenges; boost your network of customers and collaborators, learn how to use the business modelling tools and be matched with other social impact founders whose propositions or stage of development compliment yours. These can be booked as stand alone sessions and cost £40 each, refundable against the cost of the rest of the course.
From Thursday April 20 – Thursday May 27 you’ll join a 6 week group programme where you’ll step back from the day to day overwhelm and set yourself strategic and achievable goals based on a business plan that makes sense for you and attracts the early adopters who will help you to scale. You’ll get hands on support with tasks such as registering your business, financial management, social media strategies, pitching and making grant applications
At the end of the start up programme you’ll have 2 monthly goal setting sessions to keep you on track. You’ll then have the option of joining our main alumni goal setting programme (additional fee applies)
You’ll have the benefit of structured time to think; expertise, support and feedback from like minded ethical founders in your cohort, and 300+ Bloomsbury Beginnings’ alumni.
Everyone on the programme is a parent, so we value that experience and understand the opportunities and challenges it brings
Whether you’ve been working on your project for a while and need to change direction, or are just starting out, these sessions are for you.
The course fee is £250

What Our Alumni Say

Silvia Menabe, Baby Brains
It has helped me greatly to get some clarity and confidence about the business priorities of my small company. I have been much more focused since participating and things have started rolling

Ruth Sabrosa, Ruth Sabrosa Hypnobirthing & Mindful Mothering
The course was an inspiration. I spent time on my business and not just in it, met some amazing women, realised who my ideal client is and have been attracting her ever since.

Eleanor Thorn, TunedIn London
I loved the fact that I gained real clarity about what I wanted to achieve, and I was surrounded by smart, supportive women who gave me feedback about how I presented and sold my very unique proposition. I went away re-energised and confident.

Rebekah, Curly Pops Box
I’ve loved the fortnightly sessions which has worked really well for me and managed to slot in well with my day job too. The sessions have been really focused but also linked together well. Ann is such a positive person and has really helped me see my strengths and overcome a lot of barriers I had in my mind!
