Start Up Programme

Ready to put your ideas in to action?

If you’re building a future CIC, BCorp or charity but are struggling to find your focus, customers and funders we’d love to work with you to realise your vision

Our next female founders start up programme will run in Spring 2023

Over the initial 5 week programme you’ll step back from the day to day overwhelm and set yourself strategic and achievable goals based on a business plan that makes sense for you and attracts the early adopters who will help you to scale.

At the end of the start up programme you’ll have 4 monthly goal setting sessions to keep you on track.  You’ll then have the option of joining our alumni goal setting programme.

We can offer additional 1:1 consultancy support to help you with specific tasks such as registering your business, financial management, social media strategies, pitch decks and grant applications.

You’ll have the benefit of expertise, support and feedback from like minded ethical founders in your cohort, and 200+ Bloomsbury Beginnings’ alumni

Whether you’ve been working on your project for a while, need to change direction, or are just starting out these sessions are for you.

The course fee is £300

You can also book a 1:1 taster session with the course director, Ann Nkune.  You’ll discuss your unique opportunities and challenges, learn how to use the business modelling tools and be matched with other social impact founders whose propositions or stage of development compliment yours.  This session costs £40 and can be booked below.

The sessions are held at the beautiful green oasis, Calthorpe Community Garden near Kings Cross London and on Zoom

As a social enterprise, we keep our course fees to a minimum and if you are on a low income we can help you to explore grant opportunities to support your place on the programme.  Please contact for further details
